The village of Guran is on the road between Bachos and is in the valley of the river Pique which can be crossed by the Guran bridge. In the middle ages Guran was part of the seigneurie de Binos, and in the 13th to 16th centuries its tithes were paid to the Hospice Saint-Jean de Jouéou.
